The Home Loan Savings Bank has seen tremendous
growth over the last 15 years and this growth has brought the need for more
experienced, knowledgeable employees.
Many times when a position needs filled we first look to our existing staff.
If we have a current employee with the talent and capability, we believe in
promoting from within. Often times this will lead to an open teller position
which needs filled as quickly as possible. Therefore we always accept new

Qualifications for a teller position include:

- Customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Basic math skills
- Neat, professional appearance
- Previous teller experience helpful but not
required
